POSITION PURPOSE

We want you to further your aviation career with us! Mountain Air Cargo (MAC) is a FedEx feeder cargo carrier throughout the Midwest and Eastern half of the United States providing flight and maintenance services. We operate more than 70 aircraft (ATR 42/72, Cessna 208 Caravan & C408 Sky Courier) and are currently flying approximately 150 flights per day under 121 and 135. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Operate aircraft in accordance with flight manuals and Company Operations Manual
• Calculate weight and balance
• Supervise loading & unloading of cargo
• Conduct flight planning & employee / customer relations
• Ensure paperwork accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS

• Airline Transport Pilot MEL
• 1,800 hours total time
• 300 hours multi-engine land
• 500 hours PIC
• 500 hours cross-country
• 100 hours night
• 100 hours instrument (75 hours must be in aircraft)
• 100 hours turbine
• IFR proficiency and currency
• Current passport
• U.S. citizen or U.S. work authorization

*Exceptions can be made based on type of previous experience.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to obtain a C408 Type Rating

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT

• Continuous mental and visual attention required
• Exposure to any number of elements on the ramp or in aircraft

DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING REQUIREMENTS

• Pre-employment testing; Random testing and Reasonable suspicion testing. Testing is conducted for the following substances, per 49 CFR Part 40: marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines/methamphetamine, opioids, and phencyclidine (PCP).
