MAC, INC. PROFESSIONAL EXPECTATION STATEMENT:

In the performance of your respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to confirm to the following:

POSITION PURPOSE:

Performs facility maintenance and courier duties as needed by Mountain Air Cargo, Inc.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Repair, cleaning and painting of the facility at 2340 John Mewbourne Rd. Kinston, NC.

• Inspect and replace light bulbs as needed.

• Complete monthly fire extinguisher inspections.

• Complete functional checks and inspections of all eye wash stations.

• Complete weekly inspections to ensure the facility stays functional.

• Complete required weekly and monthly inspections on company vehicles. Responsible for having service on the vehicles performed or completed when required.

• Responsible for all landscaping duties to include improvements, pressure washing, mowing, weed eating and edging.

• Responsible to be trained on, complete maintenance and perform Daily/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly checks on fuel farm and equipment. Monitor the level of fuel remaining in the fuel farm and ensure prompt delivery of fuel when needed.

• Courier duties as required by the Inventory Control Manager.

• Other duties assigned by Inventory Control Manger/General Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to travel to offsite locations. Must be available by phone during off duty hours.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

• N/A

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of fuel farm training.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

• Work typically performed in an outdoor environment. Must be able to lift 75 pounds without assistance. Exposure to noise, chemicals, adverse temperatures, and other similar hazards.
